will replace free of charge any part that fails due to defects in
material or workmanship, on the vehicle on which it was originally
installed, within 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty
is voided by non-recommended use, improper installation or outside
physical damage. The exclusive remedy will be the replacement of the
part ordered from 283carparts.com. All other warranties, expressed
or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
are specifically excluded. |

Our used parts
carry a 30-day warranty. Exceptions to this include electrical and
electronic parts, switches and similar items. With these items, we
guarantee that they will work when you receive them. All defective
parts (other than the exceptions above) must be returned to us within
30 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty for used parts provides
that we will give you another replacement part or refund your money
- at our discretion.
